
RHUBARB
Rhubarb originated in Asia over 2,000 years ago and is a wonderful plant with many uses and applications. It is often commonly mistaken to be a fruit but rhubarb is actually a member of the vegetable family. It has a unique taste that makes it a favorite in many pies and desserts. Rhubarb is rich in vitamin C and dietary fiber.

SOLD OUT MACDONALD - A variety with deep red, large stalks. The MacDonald plant is vigorous and upright-growing. Probably the most common variety available, it is resistant to wilt and root rot. Excellent for pies, canning and freezing.
