We carefully dig our one-year-old asparagus crowns daily during the season.   Here is our digging operation in action.

A lot of hard work and pride goes into our digging operation ...

Jersey Asparagus Farms also plants, grows and harvests 30 acres of asparagus crowns for their own fresh market purposes.  The harvested asparagus spears are sorted, bunched and sold at their roadside market, "Walker's Farm Market".

Here is a look at our strawberries growing in our plasticulture system.  The plasticulture system increases the size, taste, and quality of the berries.

We exercise special care in handling, packing and shipping our products to both Home Gardeners and Commercial Growers alike.
